When I looked at the photo it appeared that some lab-created mutant pig/cow/chicken hybrid breakfast was staring right back at me. Obviously that and the fact that I found this to be "hilarious" rightly lead you to question my state of mind.
Apologies if I have offended anyone for whom this is, in fact, a regional or national dish.
