I think I must be having a bad day today, but what has an Easter Island statue got to do with Incas. I think the caption is clever, but it does not fit the picture. Sorry captioneer, it doesn't work for me.
I think it's a clever caption as the pic matches both "hoots", "cahoots", and like Mr Llamas says, there may well be an Inca connection too. Even if not, I think most people could forgive the historical "creative license".

It is believed that the stone statues on Easter Islan were built by Peruvian Incas
