This actually happened to me many, many years ago.First camping holiday in France, stopped at a very basic campsite. My mate and I were busting for a pee, found the toilet and and aimed into the trough. We were interupted by an elderly woman carrying a large basket of dirty laundry. We were peeing in her wash house. I didn't speak any french at the time but by the tone of her voice and her gesticulations we knew we had upset her.
