Eating the Golden Characid raw, will turn your toenails green, kneecaps red and the contents of your stomach into a yellow poisonous sludge. Nipples turn mauve, lips peel and and go a fluorescent blue your eyes fade and in minutes your are dead. Wouldn't recommend it to everybody, but, it is a colourful way to go.
