It's a double pun, so I don't think it's that obvious. Besides, there's nothing wrong with using the obvious if it works with the caption. Unless it's 'W.C. Fields'...
Surely a lot of winning captions are a bit obvious... single pun or double pun. I won a round many moons ago with 'No squatters' and that was blindingly obvious - it was just that I got in with it first. In fact, there was also a caption 'No squat thrusts' which I thought was much better than mine and I don't think that got many points - if any... just they way it goes.
