Holy Constricture?
Thanks Michael, I have tweaked it. I used 'religious' instead as it seems to go with stricture more than 'holy' does (if Google is to be trusted).
Either way it gets my vote- I was trying to do something with 'constricter' myself, but couldn't think of anything until I saw yours.
