That was a long time ago (2012) and the captioneer may not even have been registered then - what surprises me is Maming of the Shrew winning and then getting good votes 1 week later.
There's nothing wrong with re-using an old caption, especially if it's in a new context. If it's exactly the same, it's usually considered polite to give a nod to the original, though :)

Someone used an old caption of mine last week (Foam Alone) but instead of complaining about it I voted for it
