I would normally suggest a change if I see a decent caption that I think could be made a little better or if I get an idea from another caption I'll give it a nod. In this case I hadn't noticed yours, sorry. I had also searched the page for the word 'heart' to see if anybody had done a caption about heart transplants or heart attacks.
