Apparently the chain was originally called Chuck E Cheese's Pizza Time Theatre...They dropped the Pizza Time but kept the apostrophe...A fun fact that your brain will never use again.
Dear Stone Face, Excellent bit of research...speaking of that the shuttlecock fetcher is a Myanmar fisherman who is using a traditional fishing technique on 'Lake Inlay' in Myanmar, formerly Burma. Hence the caption 'Here in lay fish' another fact that everyone's brain will be too full to care about But thank you for allowing me to get that off my chest!
