Yeah, that could have sounded weird. Where I'm from a urinal can refer to the whole toilet block, rather than just the plumbing feature, so you can be IN the urinal without getting wet feet. But, for global acceptance, "at" is much better. Comment appreciated and vote pending.
Understood. Some of the places I've been, it doesn't matter where you stand, there's always some drunk facing the wrong way or pissing on your snake skin boots.
