Although I used Nagged, at the end of my caption, because it pertained to horses... I could have just as easily put, 'said' the horse, or complained the horse, but it is Not a copy or steal, from the other caption. The "punch line" of my caption, deals with, the man's tub, being a horse's drinking trough, and, the horses getting the "trots" from it. (If the punch line of my caption was based on the word nagged, then perhaps it would be a nod - but it wasn't.) Are you in agreement?
Okay, sorry... I see your point. A nod to the edit. When I re-read my caption, I didn't like the wording, said the horse, and when looking for a better word, I thought of complained and then nagged. I didn't realize it was down, and when I did see it, I didn't think it was used in the same context, so didn't realize it was a nod. I apologize. If it was posted sooner, I would have changed it back to said.
20:22:51 was mine. I think Anon's comment is timestamp related. Your caption was written well before mine, but the "nagged" was edited in after, so maybe a nod could have gone with that edit.
Without a nod, voters could assume your earlier timestamped caption was the original usage and my later entry was just a dupe.
I understand your main joke was elsewhere, but it's something to be aware of when editing.
Perhaps a nod to 20:22:51 which was first with the nagging idea.
