I found a bug in the code which allowed anonymous votes to be placed (maybe from legitimate users but appearing anonymous - no need to assume cheating). I've fixed the bug and will continue to monitor voting.

Will leave anonymous votes in place as it's fiddly to reverse votes due to calculated stats etc.
