Lisa, you're a good voter and captioneer, but I don't like the smug and antagonistic tone of some of your comments. Maybe I misinterpreted them, but I suspect others would too. That's why I voted it down.
When you read the caption and look at the picture I Reckon the water droplets could be something else coming out of the doll. He must be Scottish or he'd just buy a Knew Doll.
