I thought it may have been inspired by Chesterfield's controversial well dressing tribute to Diana.
Yes, I thought the picture might have been selected for that reason. It seemed obvious. In fact, this pic is more flattering than Chestefield's. LOL.
I've worked on well dressings and it's not easy, so they deserve full marks for effort. :)
It even looks better than Saltergate used to :)
