I was still awake at 3am trying to work out what this could be. It's funny how many tunes actually fit that first line. I came up with the Coronation Street theme (though I know you said it wasn't a theme tune) and The Lark Ascending but neither fitted the picture. Well done Sauce Pan. Not only do I have the Can-Can playing on repeat in my mind, I also have a mental image of Buster Bloodvessel dancing to it!
