Yes SnapDragon, it's a balancing act. The more you have to explain the joke the less funny it becomes, but leave it implied and not everyone is going to appreciate it. Here's one from Chris Keegan that relies totally on implication (I love this caption): https://www.caption.me/478694
not sure I get it, unless it's favorite woman's question, does this make my butt look big? but in this case, she could e asking if this position makes it look big?
but even then, I still don't see why its funny, it's more sexy and has nothing to do with the dog, unless it's about teaching the dog the right position?

I agree with you entirely about voting SnapDragon. Some captions get far too many votes whereas my funny ones hardly get any.
