When I was courting, my girlfriend said it was over and stormed off. Her dog was having none of it and ran back to me. She couldn’t get the dog to come calling its name and had to come back for the dog. Luckily we made up and married thirty nine years ago. If it wasn’t for that dog I might still have been single.
