If Dave can quite happily make a mess by hanging up the previous tenant because he/she/they hadn't done the dishes, then they most certainly can too. They are students after all.
How long has that skeleton been up there? Surely it needs dusting by now? Maybe even a bit of polish to bring out those gleamy whites? 🤔
I don't know as being a student myself, Mum always kept the monopoly on the cleaning duties in the family household
She charges for any cleaning advice and good on her for doing so! She has to earn money somehow 🤑
