I think that the word 'twat' might be a bit strong, seeing as they probably didn't see your original caption. It's happened to me today, too. 'Arsehole' might be the word you're looking for.
this happened to me the other day. It's a good caption so voted and now you have two votes each. Hope someone else likes it enough to vote for this one and then you will be in the rightful place, ahead of the duplicate twits/twats/arseholes:)Still don't understand why people don't look through before posting a caption... just lazy really!
oh dear, command-F... command? *looks on keyboard*... no command button... *presses Ctrl F & closes eyes* Bingooooooooooooooo you're the daddy!!!! Why didn't I know that? I've been reading every caption:(... Thank you Michael xx
Does anybody know why up here in Ecosse, the word '@wat' is not as offensive?.Is it just me?.The word c*nt on the other hand is extremely offensive as it is dan saff, although there are more down there..(joking),dont want a cartman war
@MI6 Bagpuss: Sorry, I forgot, it's CTRL-F on a PC, CMND-F on a Mac. Those keys are also in the reverse position on a Mac keyboard, so they do the same thing with a different name. And thanks for pointing out the multiple pages Grant Amey, I forgot to mention it.
@Craig Eddie, I've heard 'Twat' said on Radio 4 a few times, on both news and comedy shows, but can't remember ever hearing 'c*nt' on there. See, even I'm censoring myself- maybe it's because it's such a lovely word (the harshest, and therefore best-sounding swear word in my opinion) that it should be saved for when it's really needed. Now there's a dictionary entry that'll never be written: 'Use 'C*nt' for those moments when 'Twat' simply won't do'. Oddly, in the US, they pronounce 'Twat' as 'Twot', and it's often seen as the most offensive thing you can say.
Sorry to have opened up a can of worms with this. I had typed Anti-Gravitea but then figured why not make it Auntie seeing as it's a female in the pic. Perhaps I'm being overprotective of the caption due to this being my single best week in the 20 months since joining.
Should we mark captions if we want to write two captions that are similar? So, Stephen, if you'd wanted to, you could have wrote both Anti & Auntie and put a sign like I don't know, a number or symbol or something. Then everyone knows to not say anything about duplicates because it's the same owner. That way, you could have gotten the other captions points too. Only an idea.
This caption was the victim of a mugging at 11.55am - to make things worse some twit voted for it.

You don't even have to look- just Command-F and enter the keywords or unique elements of the caption. If there's a match, write something else.

Hey, I like Anti-Gravitea, I don't like Auntie-Gravitie, get over it. Though tea-leaf tickled.

Hi, the crtl-f thing only works on the current page just to warn you, so you'll need to do all the search strings on every page.
