Both are better than Windows, but I enjoyed experimenting with Garageband while listening to the Yardbirds.

12:41:19 was original and more subtle, requiring a second of thought, therefore better - but an easy steal
I'm not saying this was a deliberate steal, and I don't like suggesting nods as the current structure makes you feel like a narc, but I do feel sorry for someone who has no votes for their caption when a later similar one is leading.
100%, but one of the vexations of playing.Deliberate or not, the end result's the same & as you highlighted, especially unfair when the points go the wrong way.
