Yeah mate, too good. I thought I'd "Found" this and got mildly excited when I saw its votes skyrocketing, but then I noticed I hadn't even voted for it yet. I did vote then, of course. Well deserved mate.
You're not going to believe this Wolf, but I just now got the joke. It's a great one. Sure wish I would've got it sooner so I could vote for it. Don't buy any snowmen with the 50 pounds.
Thank you very much for your votes and kind words. There were some great captions this month so feel very fortunate to win the top prize. I've always found Caption.me a great and fun distraction from the otherwise stressful day to day of life. This couldn't be more true at the moment and what looks like a while going forward. With this in mind, I'd like to donate the prize money back to Chris towards the running of the site and say thanks for continuing to provide a place for silliness and creativity! Happy captioning Amigos!
Well done Wolf, great caption. I'd actually done one along the dead snowmen theme too but piddled around trying to get the wording right (and failed miserably) so was a minute later than yours. I then saw yours so completely edited my far inferior effort and voted on your one.
If I hadn't been lucky enough to get the runners up prize I'd have been asking for a cut of your winnings for being the finder. 😀
Wolf, have just noticed you've donated your winnings back to the site and Chris, well done!
I'm therefore probably a beneficiary of your generosity 😀. Chris insisted I keep the runners up prize as I'd donated my last winnings back too. (Thought I'd better explain myself as my poor joke above about a "finders fee" looks crass in light of your generosity).
Lol. No worries cheers Troompa. Enjoy your well deserved winnings. I'm glad you had a similar idea for the Snowmen. This was one of these captions where I thought it was funny but didn't expect any votes as it was a bit random, so I'm glad you had similar thoughts! Willie, don't worry about not getting it to start off with, I don't know what I'm saying half the time mate so we're on the same page! Thanks to Stu and Chris for their additional kind words too! :)
Wolf and Troompa (hope I'm not being too informal) and previous winners, thanks for the 'thank you for the kind words' (and I guess a 'you're welcome' is in order as well). I always write kind words. It's just the choice of those words and order of them on occasion that might make them seem less so.
(* This seemed funny when I wrote it. If you disagree, I blame the effects of isolation. I need another cup of coffee.)
Congrats, Wolf, great caption. With all that money, you and Olaf cadaver-really good time.

Many congratulations, Mr Wolf. Having just bought a box of ''mixed'' vegetables from Morrisons, I now know what they do with the carrots.
