Scrijjy Doo and John: Queen Elizabeth had Corgis.... and I think the author is suggesting this is one of her old ones who enjoyed playing hide and seek. Maybe they also mean, where is she?
I didn't find this caption hilarious or naughty. Instead, I think it's the most wonderfully bittersweet caption I've ever seen on this website. A caption that can be so many things to so many people is something special. I very much hope you win this month's prize.
That's a great call, Glad You Remember. It's easy to fall into the trap of trying to define exactly what a reader gets out of a caption, but a caption that's open to interpretation is so much more powerful.
Congratulations C. CaMel. I admit, it took me a while to get this one, but as with all your captions, it turned out to be excellent. It definitely had many interpretations from various captioneers. Great job!
Thank you for the comments and I’m really happy to have won. This will not help with my caption.me addiction! Thanks to Chris for such a great site and thanks for all of the laughs everyone has given me over the years.
Congratulations on your win, C CaMel. I've long admired your captions both for their sheer originality and occasional dark humour which you used to great effect on this photo.
A bit naughty but I've proper laughed so I have to supervote. Hahahahahaha!

Agreed, Vivvy. If you can get past the 'ouch' factor it's a brilliant caption.
7:30pm
Brilliant find, Vivvy. I have to admit it took me a while to get this.

Maybe I'm slow, or just American, but I don't understand.
7:41pm
Yep, Karyn. It's a corker but may take a while for the penny to drop.
7:41pm
Nope, no idea!
